Personal Training
We provide you with a personal trainer if you are looking for a partner to hold you accountable, want new exercises, or just want to increase your overall strength. You will benefit from working with a personal fitness trainer at the Tampa Y if you:
- Set goals that are appropriate for your fitness level
- Exercise with a certified personal trainer
- Enjoy challenging and fun exercises
- Get a customized exercise program based on your health, fitness level, and limitations
- Avoid exercise-related injuries by learning proper exercise techniques, program designs, and progression
